This is the ultimate recipe for a healthy but lazy Sunday morning breakfast in bed. This oatmeal is vegan, gluten free, sugar-free and most importantly, super delicious.
Ingredients:
80 g oats
1 tbsp agave
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
200 ml almond milk unsweetened
½ cup raspberries
1 whole ripe banana
Method:
Cook oats in almond milk.
Then add half a mashed banana for creaminess and sweetness and add pumpkin seeds.
Continue stirring until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, and sprinkle over chia seeds, flax seeds, add the raspberries and a dollop of nut butter, drizzle over the agave, and Voila.
