Tel Aviv’s Best Brunch Spots

Tel Aviv E 917X483

Tel Aviv is a city with a unique pulse, and energy that charges your soul. There is a one of a kind vibe, that leaves those who visit not wanting to leave, and for good reason. The beach, great weather and delicious food are just a few alluring attractions to this cultural hub.

We have rounded up the city’s best brunch spots, perfect for socializing with friends, a boozy afternoon or whiling away the weekend with a good book and great cup of coffee.

Cafe Xoho Gordon street, 17.

This vegetarian and vegan friendly eatery is a favorite among expats living in the city. It’s enticing menu offers refreshing smoothies, hearty plant based meals and a dessert menu to drool over, with an array of gluten free options. Our recommendation is an iced almond milk chai with vegan tofu scramble, and peanut butter cookie and carrot cake for dessert.

Bucke Ahad Ha’Am Street,91.

This local cafe has a distinct friendly neighborhood feel to it. The waiters are friendly and even give you a free  chocolate chip cookie if you smile nicely (the gooiest in the whole of the city). Many of its customers consist of regulars who like to sit and work on their laptops, or frequent for a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Bucke offers a simple yet delicious menu, and if Israeli breakfast is what you are looking for, you have come to the right place. Eggs, salad, warm bread, shakshuka, sabich, they have it all. We recommend ordering one of their sharing plates, loaded with an assortment salads.

Lehamin Cafe Hashmonaim street, 103.

This bakery and cafe boasts an enticing array of baked good, that hit your nose with their delicious scent as soon as you enter. It’s menu consists of sandwiches and salads, but its hot fresh pastries are the real reason to come, you won’t be disappointed. Choose from an assortment of sweet and savory, our favorite is the almond croissant or the cheese and spinach pastry.

Dallal Shabazi street, 10.

For a more formal brunch experience, Dallal is a treat. Situated in the beautiful Neve Tzedek neighborhood, it is located on a quiet street and offers the perfect place to hide from the heat and enjoy top quality food. It offers a quaint courtyard to sit and enjoy a glass of rose, and its menu offers fresh Mediterranean dishes that are great for sharing.
