The weekend is nearly here. If you are hitting the town tonight, and want to feel your best, try this- an extremely effective workout, inspired by one of the best trainers in the game to get you into the Friday feeling.
The Kayla Workout
1.Lie on your back holding a 3-6kg dumbbell with both hands above your head. Bring your knees to your chest and the weight to your knees, lifting your torso off the floor.
2.Hold for a few seconds, and then slowly release your arms and legs, until they’re just off the floor. Do 15-20 reps.
Next Move: Press ups (Nearly Done)
1. Starting Position: With both hands on the floor, and place both feet behind you. Keep your back straight.
2. Bend your elbows and lower your torso towards the floor, with your arms forming a 90-degree angle. Push back up into starting position. Try to do 10-15 reps.
Last Move: Burpees
1. Crouch down, with your knees bent and hands on the floor
2. With your body weight in your hands, kick both feet out behind you, onto the balls of your feet. Jump forward and then up into a star jump, landing in a standing position. Do 12-15 Reps
