Plan Your Meals. You will save money and feel a lot healthier. Then you can look forward to a big fun meal on the weekend.
Switch Your Phone Off Every Evening. Sounds daunting we know, but we guarantee you will wake up feeling a lot lighter, you will sleep better and won’t carry work anxieties around with you in the evening. You can start a fresh each morning.
Always Carry Water. Buy yourself a cool water bottle, and that way it wont feel like a mission to drink 8 glasses a day. It will make you feel brighter, your skin will glow and you’ll feel fabulous inside and out.
Eat Mindfully. When you eat a meal, turn off your phone off, turn the television off, and get rid of any distractions. Focus on being in the moment, taste each mouthful and really enjoy the meal.
Take A break. You are your most important investment, so know when to give yourself some time off.
Lose The Guilt. Yesterday was then and today is a brand new start, so don’t beat yourself up for things that happened yesterday. You can only learn from them and move on.
Workout. It is amazing for the mind.
