Fermented foods

Now we know this doesn’t sound overly appealing, but research continues to show the benefits of eating fermented foods and just to let you know, it is not the same as food that has just been left to go moldy. Fermented food is rich in microorganisms such as yeast and bacteria – the good kind. Without even realizing it, you have probably already been tucking into fermented foods, such as yoghurt, miso, kombucha, and pickles, and if you haven’t, then give it a try. The good bacteria can help your body’s immunity and help with digestion.

Seeds
