Tim Ferriss is known for changing people’s lives, and his own. Just by asking himself these questions, it made him re-evaluate everything he thought he knew, and you can too.
So start by asking yourself these very important questions.
Were my goals my own, or simply what I thought I should want?
How much of life had I missed from underplanning or overplanning?
How could I be kinder to myself?
How could I better say no to the noise to better say yes to the adventures I craved?
How could I best reassess my life, my priorities, my view of the world, my place in the world, and my trajectory in the world?
Think about how you can be kinder to yourself, and how you can really focus on your goals, without thinking about what you should be doing, but instead what you want to be doing . How can you be in the moment more without worrying about planning so much and how can you quieten that voice, that tells you off, and strengthen the one that is all loving. Make this food for thought on your Thursday, and start implementing small loving changes.
