Sumptuous Saturday Smoothie Recipe

It’s Spring, it’s Saturday, and it’s the weekend! So what better way to start your day off, than with a deliciously healthy and refreshing smoothie. Bursting with goodness, this will get you in the mood for feeling good, and you’ll be bounding with energy.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple

large handful spinach

½ medium banana

½ cup crushed ice

1½ cups coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

Throw all the ingredients into the blender and  blend until thick, smooth and creamy. Enjoy.
