Happy Monday! If you want to start your week feeling fresh- this breakfast smoothie is just bursting with healthy goodness to keep you feeling fighting fit throughout the day, and will get you feeling motivated for the week ahead. It is super simple to make, and tastes delicious.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 fresh banana, sliced
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh blackberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds


Add the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass, or bowl for a smoothie bowl, and sprinkle with coconut flakes and pomegranate. Enjoy
