Monday Morning Post-Workout Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is the smoothest, creamiest, most divine post-workout breakfast! Full of protein, fibre and good fats, it will give you all the goodness you need after a workout and keep you full until lunch. You will thank us later, we promise.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 frozen bananas
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 handful spinach
1 tsp chia seeds

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick, creamy and smooth. Pour into a big glass with a straw.
