What would a Christmas party be without Eggnog. Getting into the holiday season doesn’t have to hurt the waist line, here is a healthy recipe for our favorite festive drink.
1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons high quality bourbon, optional
1 tablespoon grade B maple syrup, optional
Blend ingredients together until smooth. Serve, with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top and enjoy.
