If you’re hungover, or feeling the effects from too much chocolate this Easter, we have just the dessert for you. Sugar-free, gluten-free and guilt-free, these brownie bites are the best treats to curb that sweet craving. Plus, they are super easy to make, with only three ingredients needed, and even easier to enjoy.
Chocolate hazelnut spread
A sticky sweetener of choice (we prefer maple syrup)
In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your chocolate hazelnut spread with your sticky sweetener until combined.
Add your coconut flour and mix very well, until a soft, thick batter remains. If the batter is too crumbly, add some liquid until the desired consistency is achieved.
Using your hands, roll into small bite-sized balls. Place balls on a lined plate or baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until slightly firm.
4. Enjoy. Warning, they are extremely addictive.
