In a romantic ceremony held in at the cathedral at York Minster, the pop singer and her beau finally tied the knot after years of dating. Ellie wore a custom gown of a more traditional style that featured tiny embroidered white roses of York and a frill collar. Her beautiful floor-length satin frock was designed by Natacha Ramsay-Levi for Chloé and was inspired by Victorian-era wedding gowns.

The singer wore different gowns to her reception including a breathtaking white column off-the-shoulder Stella McCartney gown with a thigh-high slit. The wedding drew a varied crowd and included guests like Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry as well as Princess Eugenie.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas

In what was most possibly one of the most anticipated weddings of 2019, Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner married singer Joe Jonas in a second wedding in the South of France. While the pair had already technically gotten married earlier that year in Vegas where Turner wore a white jumpsuit, their second wedding was more formal…and gorgeous!

You know what they say, third times a charm. For Kim’s third wedding it seems she finally found a gown that highlighted her best features. In an elaborate wedding in Italy, Kim wore a fairytale-inspired shape fitting dress designed by Riccardo Tisci the creative director of Givenchy.

Kim’s Haute Couture white lace gown featured sheer paneling on the sides and cutouts on the back. The dress was well fitted and perfectly showed off the reality star’s assets.

Hearts were definitely broken when Amal managed to scoop up Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor and many were vocally unsure of the match. However, when images of the pair’s wedding circulated it was clear to everyone that the couple were absolutely in love.

Instead of choosing a traditional white wedding gown, Emily chose an off white chiffon dress when she married fellow actor John Krasinski.
