How Sansa and Arya really feel about each other outside of Game of Thrones

In case you hadn’t noticed, Game of Thrones recently came to an end following eight blockbuster seasons. If you were a fan of the show, you undoubtedly gave up hours of your life to it, even if the final few episodes didn’t turn out the way you wanted them to.

Watching the series has been something of a rollercoaster ride, what with all the cliffhangers and surprise endings for several fan-favorites. It’s been difficult to root for some characters through fear they might be snuffed out in a matter of episodes. However, against the odds, two major players endured the trials and tribulations of Game of Thrones and made it to the finale unscathed – Sansa and Arya Stark.

These two sisters have attracted a lot of attention from fans over the years thanks to the work of actresses Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams. However, it’s not just their onscreen relationship that’s had people talking. It seems people are very interested in their real-life relationship because it’s nothing like what the two share on Game of Thrones.

Someone to lean on

Turner and Williams have been part of the show’s main cast since day one. They were both significantly younger when filming began, with the girls respectively 14- and 13-years-old at the time.

New to acting and a little overwhelmed by it all, they both sought out someone to lean on when the going got tough. They ended up finding solace in each other, and since that first day on set, they’ve been the best of friends.
