Prince William and his wife the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate have done their part when it comes to providing heirs to the British throne. Now, it is the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan and Prince Harry who are next-in-line when it comes to Royal heir production. Their baby is due any day now, and Meghan looks as radiant as ever as she and the Prince await their baby boy or girl’s birth. Meghan has been veering away from some of the more common Royal protocols either by choice or lack of knowledge regarding some things like fashion and public behavior but there is one tradition she seems unlikely to look past: Where Royal babies are born.
For decades now Royal babies have all been born in the same hospital and even the same elite wing of it. Now, all that remains to be seen is if Meghan will follow in these royal footsteps or choose to have her baby somewhere else. In a matter of days or weeks, the world should have their answer!
St. Mary’s Hospital
The Lindo Wing in St. Mary’s Hospital is the location of choice for all of the Royals in the last 50 years or so. It is known for being incredibly exclusive and for offering the best healthcare that money can by. All of the expectant mothers are put into rooms that resemble luxe hotel suites and pampered with various treatments to make their stays as comfortable as possible.
However, some media sources have said that Kate and Meghan do not get on so she may decide to have her child elsewhere and begin her own tradition.
