The new moon is on it’s way, allowing for a time of self reflection, and an opportunity to go inwards and ask yourself what it is that you want to cleanse and let go of, and what do you want to invite in? Rituals are a beautiful way to connect to your inner being throughout life. They can be powerfully symbolic and open the pathways to a deeper connection to the Universe within. The new moon and the week leading up the new moon is a magical time to spark new and exciting beginnings. It’s a time to get clear about the things you really want to create and manifest into your life

Here are some meaningful practices that can help you.

Create a sacred intention setting space
Whether it’s an altar, your kitchen table or a pretty space on your nightstand, create a space of beauty where you can keep candles, journals, essential oils, crystals, and other symbolic items that conjure up a deep feeling of inspiration.

Cleanse the space

In our day to day lives, we accumulate emotional clutter.  In order to clear this space of old dramas and negative thoughts that no longer serve you,  detoxify and cleanse your space by  burning sage. Sage is a sacred herb, used for healing. It is used to ‘wash off’ the outside world when one enters ceremony or other sacred space.


The practice of meditation is really important throughout the manifesting process. This is because you will relax and allow  your desires and intentions to flow from your higher self. Set the intention before your meditation, of the things you would love to manifest into your life, and especially during this time.

Release Judgement

Let go of any judgmental thoughts about yourself or others, this is about you and what you need and want. This ceremony if for you, so accept and acknowledge that you are giving yourself love and kindness.
